Introduction to Operation of Zhongchuang High Temperature Oven
1) Power switch: After turning on the power switch, the power indicator light and instrument display normally when powered on. If the power indicator light does not light up after turning on the power switch, check for power failure;
2) Heating switch: After setting the temperature of the temperature control instrument, it can be turned on if heating is needed, and turned off if heating is not needed;
3) Timer switch: Before setting the temperature, turn on the timer switch. After powering on the timer, please set the desired timing unit and data (refer to the timer manual for timer operation). After setting, turn off the timer and turn it back on after setting the temperature;
4) Alarm: After the constant temperature timer is completed, the heating will stop and the alarm will sound simultaneously;
5) Overtemperature meter setting, under normal operation, the value set by the overtemperature meter is usually higher than the value of the main temperature control meter, usually set between 10-15 higher;
6) The temperature setting operation is as follows:
A. Temperature setting: First, press the "SET" button. When the number in the SV column becomes dynamic, then press the A/M movement key to select the desired temperature value, such as single digit, ten digit, hundred digit, or thousand digit; Then press the "△" and "▽" keys to set the temperature. Once the temperature value is set, press the SET key to confirm;
B. For other parameters of the temperature control instrument, please refer to the instrument manual. Under normal use, other parameters on the instrument cannot be modified, and modifying them may cause the temperature control instrument to malfunction;
